About

Webtronaut Innovations LLC is an internet holding company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We own and operate web businesses. That is the whole model, and it works.

The current roster: Richlisted, the permanent on-chain record of who has made it. GuiltyAF, the live internet court where the audience is the jury. SwaxAwards, the monthly awards for the TikTok creators everybody else overlooks.

We were building internet companies long before the LLC existed. SueEasy put legal cases up for bid in 2007 and reached the TechCrunch40 semi-finals before being acquired. Filmmortal ran a live marketplace for product placement in 2008 and was acquired as well. Both pulled national press, both taught us the business from the inside, and both are the reason the new ventures are built the way they are.

Every venture runs its own site, its own audience, and its own books. The parent company holds them all together and keeps them honest.
